To create a web site, you will need to have the right tools. Even if you purchase a template, or a web site "to go" you will need to be able to edit pictures and create some graphics. I have found over the years that Adobe suite of products always are at the top of the list. From Photoshop to Illustrator for the more advance users, this is an investment worth your money. If you plan to do a web and low volume print, Photoshop will serve you well. However, if you plan to create logos and graphics that need to be scaled to all different sizes, you need to invest in Illustrator to create vector graphics.
